Explanation of available sign-in methods for beginners
Sign in with your username (or company email) and password. Keep your password secure with at least 10 characters, upper/lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
If 2FA is active, you receive a 6-digit one-time code via email after entering your password. Access is only granted after verifying this code, protecting your account even if your password was compromised.
Passkeys are the most secure sign-in method using the FIDO2/WebAuthn standard. Once registered on your device, sign in instantly using Windows Hello PIN, fingerprint, Face ID, or a security key – completely passwordless.
If enabled by your administrator, sign in with one click using your Google or Google Workspace account without needing a separate password.
Click 'Forgot password?' to request a temporary password via email. After 5 failed attempts, the account is temporarily locked to protect against brute-force attacks. Contact your administrator if issues persist.
